The Registry

Transsyberia Registry is a documentation platform for Porsche Cayenne Transsyberia vehicles. We provide a space for owners to register their vehicles and contribute to the historical record of these 285 limited-production vehicles.

Registration & Verification

When you submit a vehicle:

• You must provide truthful and accurate information
• You must be the current owner or authorized representative
• You must provide proof of ownership (title or registration)
• Your submission will be reviewed by our verification team
• Verification timing may vary depending on submission volume
• We reserve the right to reject submissions that cannot be verified

Free Service

Registration and listing in the public registry is free for vehicle owners. We do not charge fees for basic registry inclusion or vehicle profiles.

Vehicle Sales

If you list your vehicle for sale through the registry:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing
• All transactions occur directly between buyer and seller
• We are not party to any sale and do not handle payments
• We do not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or value of any vehicle
• Buyers and sellers should conduct their own due diligence

Content & Accuracy

While we make reasonable efforts to verify submissions, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all information in the registry. Vehicle specifications, history, and condition should be independently verified before any transaction.

Liability

The registry is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in vehicle information
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Vehicle condition or authenticity issues
• Financial losses related to vehicle transactions

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Register vehicles you do not own
• Use the registry for fraudulent purposes
• Scrape or harvest data from the registry
• Impersonate other owners or administrators

Intellectual Property

Photos and content you upload remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a license to display it in the registry. The registry design and compilation is our intellectual property.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any listing or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity, repeated inaccuracies, or violation of these terms. You may request removal of your vehicle at any time through your account settings.

Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue the registry, we will provide advance notice. We cannot guarantee the ability to export all data or photos, and any historical information may not be recoverable.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered owners of material changes. Continued use of the registry constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws where this service is operated. Before pursuing legal action, please attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us directly. Any legal claim must be brought within one year of the issue occurring.
